Do you think you can use the tapestry shard from another character when you had already gotten the tapestry shard in pre-seering then trashed it?

Anyway. About the OP, why do you have to go back through UW again? Because if you did see her, why just not take a screen cap right then?

im not completely sure about the directions and u cant just press 'm' map to see where you are or i would just take the screenie of the map and use the photoshop and draw line to her...and im not completely sure where she is either..i have a group right now going to find her so i'll keep you all updated. the thing i can make sure, is its after the monuments quest, and it's not like she's in the middle of the road, it's kind of like a bonus i guess, she's away from the road near a big building. I'll be sure to take a screenshot if i find her. if you want to go hunting for gwen with me you can pm me. i can only imagine what the great reward. the best thing is probably attrib points

but yea, i'll keep u all updated about this gwen thing. im also starting to trade with my guild members for gwen things

wow, i cant believe shes there.and first of all when u enter the UW u see gwens mother "Sarah" in the UW, im pretty sure if u show here the tapristy shread or flute she will give u an active quest, but he hard part is that a whole load of monsters apear when u find gwen, Bummer.

Well good luck to anyone who trys. BTW the best party to pick in the UW is in my opinion..

hm, i never saw any monsters that appeared when my guild member found gwen. i mean sure, there were lots of monsters between her and the path but they didnt spawn when i found her..

well, of course, i found gwen with my guild members. they probably took screenshots. i didnt know if it was old news or new so i didnt bother taking screenshots. dont judge me lol and call me newb or something haha. i know for sure she's there and i intend to get the screenshots this time

What kind of tattered girl cape?

There are two kinds, one was salvage-able and one stated that it was a quest item.

I havent seen either since one of the more recent patch updates from 2 weeks ago.

Nope, tried it. You can't get Sarah to say anything, even if you're carrying the broken flute, tapestry shred, tattered cape, new cape, new flute and a bunch of red iris flowers. I've still got all that stuff, tried it, and nothing happens.

(Never knew the purpose of Arnaud and the other ghostie there either, aside from the rather pun-filled conversation they have)

Never tried it with Gwen, though, because I have yet to see her there. But I'm all for XP questing in UW anyway, so if anyone wants an experienced W/Mo (Sister Mercy) or a Blood Necro (Sister Sin, w/ Well or BiP, + Ritual) to go spelunking with and see if there's any truth to this, message me in-game. I'll bring all that junk.

I'm guessing though that if there's a quest, it's broken.

The one between FH and Sanctum Cay. My guildie saw one last night and someone named Fatty Jr said that he picked one up on the way to FH last night.

I have found both kinds in that area. The salvage version is the older of the two. I still have both types though.

As said its not class expecific, you just need to listen to Rurik talking with someone near the gate and when Rurik walks away the other guy will eventually get a green ! ... its easy to miss like Old Mac showing up to talk to Althea about his bull being killed when you make the Mesmer quest.
